Cedric Mangen is a freelance web designer and frontend developer based in Luxembourg and the founder of byCedric Studio. He builds custom, modern websites for small businesses across Luxembourg, Germany, and France.
I started byCedric Studio because I saw that too many small businesses were stuck with websites that looked outdated, felt generic, or simply did not help them grow. I wanted to offer something better. My goal is to create websites that feel modern, look professional, load fast, and actually help bring in customers.
I work closely with business owners such as restaurants, barber shops, salons, freelancers, consultants, and other service based businesses across Luxembourg, Germany, and France. I like keeping the process personal and straightforward. There are no middlemen, no account managers, and no layers of communication. When you work with me, you speak directly with the person designing and building your website from start to finish.
Because I speak English, German, and French fluently, I can build websites for different markets in a much more natural way. It is not just about translating words from one language into another. It is about making sure the website feels right for the people reading it, with the right tone, the right structure, and the right messaging. I also take care to adapt each version for proper localization and SEO, so your website is better positioned to perform in every market you want to reach.
